The Bellman 50SS allows you to steam and pour velvety micro foam like a pro barista.

Comparable to most local cafes, the double hole steam wand is designed to create silky, creamy milk that is both sweet and smooth. You can say goodbye to thickened foam bubbles commonly created by electric milk frothers. The Bellman 50SS is an affordable option that can be used either at home, out travelling or camping.

Steamed Milk in 3 Easy Steps

Preparing the 50SS

Add water to the unit to the half way mark.Use boiling water to speed up the heating process.Place on medium-high heat.Ensure heat source is not larger than the base diameter.

Reaching Correct Steam Pressure

Keeping the steam wand open, heat the unit until steam begins releasing.Close the steam wand and continue to heat for 1-2 minutes. Continue to heat until strong steam pressure is released from the steam wand when open.Periodically open the steam wand to check.When strong pressure is releasing, maintain pressure by adjusting the heat or removing to keep at that level.

Milk Steaming

Fill a milk jug with 1/3 to 1/2 full milk.Place the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk. Slowly open the steam valve until there is a strong flow of steam.Keep the tip of the wand near the side of the jug to create a vortex in the milk. As the milk froths, lower the jug to keep the tip just below the surface.If you do not hear a hissing sound or it turns to a deep rumble the wand is too deep.
