Our Decaf is a Natural Water Process created using only water. No chemicals, no sugar – just coffee.

When roasting and flavoring our Southern Pecan Flavored Decaf Ground Coffee, it starts with the perfect roast profile. After roasting, we carefully flavor our coffee using our proprietary profiles.

Simply Great Decaf Coffee

For each type of coffee, we develop a profile: a map that shows how we apply heat over time. It takes trial and error to create a profile that best fits each type of coffee, balancing its inherent character and the flavors that develop through roasting. Each cup is unique and appropriately reminiscent of its origin, while also being both balanced and familiar. This cup of Southern Pecan Decaf is loaded with sweet, nutty, pecan flavor.
