Our coffee is roasted fresh daily in small batches in South Carolina, USA, allowing us to closely monitor quality, freshness, and flavor at every step. By roasting locally, we can respond quickly to demand, ensure consistent roast profiles, and deliver coffee at its peak rather than months after it was processed. Small-batch roasting also gives us greater control, helping highlight the natural characteristics of each origin.

While our beans are thoughtfully sourced from Colombia, roasting happens here in the U.S, not overseas. Some coffees are roasted at origin and shipped long distances already roasted, which can lead to flavor loss over time as coffee ages in transit. By roasting closer to where it’s enjoyed, we help preserve aroma, balance, and freshness, ensuring a better cup from the first brew to the last.
