A: Check your grind and or tamping! When the coffee grind is too coarse, and/or if the tamping is too loose, then coffee can be too weak. We suggest using illy and Lavazza coffees for the best result.

Q: Why does too little coffee come?

A: There are several reasons for this: a. The capsule is over filled and tamped too tightly. b. The grind is too fine and capsule’s holes are blocked.

Q: Why does the machine’s red light？

A: Reopen the machine and check the following:1. The capsule’s holes are not clogged.2. Coffee that is ground too fine will block the capsule’s holes.3. Coffee that is packed too loosely–make sure to add four 3 level scoops and tamp tightly.
