Body

Made in Brass UNI EN12164 CW614N drawn in hexagon key 9mm with threading M8,15×0,75 (conical threading) total height about 9mm.

Spring

Made in steel inox AISI 302 DIN 17224 UNI ISO 6901, proper for uses to temperatures up to 260°, highly resistant to the corrosions.

Ball

Made in steel INOX AISI 420 DIN5401 dimension 1/8″ grad. “B”

WARNING:

The valves are without a rubber seal, and this metal to metal seal can have microleaking of fluid, less than 5 Nl/h.

The use prolonged of valve with calcareous or dirty waters may damage the valve, clogging it with deposits and incrustations. Valve may be obstruct. We are not responsible for malfunctions of the safety device due to incorrect usage conditions or maintenance.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The valve has objective of make safety the coffee makers, and permit normal functioning of the houseware. It is suitable for use with containers made from stainless steel sheet.

Have strong resistance to high temperature and it’s weight is about 3.2 Grams. Pressure of opening of the valve is about from 2.5 to 4 atm. The field of tolerance of opening point is wide about 1.5 atm. The pressure is measured with throw flow of 100NL/h. The threading on housing bore has to be M8x0,75 6H in conformity of ISO 965/ 1. Suitable for all kinds of Easyworkz stovetop espresso makers.
