NITROGEN FLUSH

It’s no mystery that coffee starts to lose its freshness right after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of your coffee, we immediately package, nitrogen flush, and seal each bag. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that’s heavier than air, which forces flavor-stealing oxygen out before your bag is sealed tight.

Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee offers a sweet and mild profile, holding both Fair Trade and USDA Organic certifications. This distinguished coffee presents bright notes of sweet tangerine and lime, complemented by a powerful and vibrant acidity. The cup concludes with a clean, dry, lemon tea finish.
Mold, Mycotoxin & Pesticide Tested – This coffee has undergone a full screening and has been declared toxicologically safe and compliant. Our certified laboratory was not able to detect any trace levels of mold, Aflatoxin or Ochratoxcin, or pesticides in sampled coffees.
Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union (OU) Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
