1. For Rich Crema Coffee:

First, ensure the silicone plug is correctly installed in the pressure booster—this plug is key to increasing resistance and building pressure for rich crema. Next, pour exactly 90ml of water into the bottom chamber. (Important: Do not exceed 100ml in this mode to avoid any risk of coffee splattering.) Assemble the pot, tighten it securely, and place it on the heat. Your coffee will be ready quickly, as this pressurized method brews significantly faster than a standard Moka pot.It’s normal for silicone plug to loosen after use (this is how you switch between a rich-crema Moka pot espresso and a classic Moka pot espresso, and also allows for easier cleaning!).If you find it has dropped onto the filter, no worries—just press it firmly back into the center of the pressure valve. This simple 3-second step ensures your Moka pot performs perfectly every time.

2. For Classic Moka Coffee（ If you ever find the rich crema espresso a bit too intense, simply switch back to the classic Moka pot brew to enjoy a smoother taste）:

Simply remove the silicone plug from the pressure booster. This converts your pot into a classic Moka pot. You can now pour up to 150ml of water into the bottom chamber—that’s 60ml more than the crema mode—to brew a larger amount of smooth, classic coffee.
