What is our cast iron cookware made from?

We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. All our cast iron is made 100% in-house.

How do I maintain Victoria cast iron cookware?

Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.

What makes Victoria products unique?

Our cookware is made without PTFE, PFAS, and other “forever chemicals.” It comes preseasoned with flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.

PREMIUM CAST IRON GRINDER: Known as a “molino para moler maiz,” our cast iron mill makes grinding easy and efficient. It has heavy-duty cast iron construction with double tin plating, a grinding cover, erosion-resistant discs, and an adjustable screw.
MANUAL MILLING MACHINE: This grain mill has a durable cast-iron hand crank with a wooden handle and high-performance white iron discs for grinding all types of grain. Simply adjust the screw to change the coarseness and fineness of your milling.
EASY TO USE: This hand grinder can clamp onto most tables 1/2″–2″ thick and is available with a low or high hopper. It comes with a non-slip rubber protector that protects your surfaces and prevents the grain grinder from slipping during heavy work.
VERSATILE GRINDER: Use this grain grinder for home brewing, corn, barley, grains, coffee, cheese, vegetables, seeds, nuts, coconut, spices, dried beans, cooked meats, and more. Please note that this grinder cannot grind to a superfine texture and will not grind whole wheat into a fine powder.
