Our story

How we got our start Zassenhaus was founded over 150 years ago. In 1887, we made our first coffee mills, almost 120 years ago we developed our pepper mills. Set the knob below the crank for a finer or coarser grind, and turn the handle to grind the beans. After grinding, open the front drawer to remove your ground coffee.
